- Perfect size for Hobbyist, Jewelers and Knife Makers. For those who don't need a large tank and need the flexibility to have it connected to a 120 Volt System, this is the perfect tank. This tank comes fully assembled with a 1440 Watt element and the 1/4" NPT fitting for attaching the thermocoupler from any of the BI Series Systems.
- Specifications: The tank is fabricated from 16 Guage steel and then Tig welded on Four (4) corners. The tank depth is 8" to accomdate the extra agitation that accompanies electric controlled black oxide tanks. The top edge of the tank has a 1/2" rolled edge, providing a smooth and clean appearance. It comes with both a 1" NPT welded fitting for the electric element as well as the 1/4" NPT welded fitting for the thermocoupler. The tank is pressurized after fabrication to insure no leaks are present at the welds. The tank is then painted with a DuPont, highly durable finish to enhance looks and help prevent rusting.
- Specifications: 9" Long, 6" Wide, and 8" deep with an operating volume capacity of 1.0 U.S. (Liq) gallons gallons.
- Designed for handling medium size parts in volume. This tank size comes in a multitude of variations. We offer this in a 1440 Watt / 120 Volt configuration, a 3450 Watt / 220 Volt and a 5500 Watt / 220 Volt. With this tank connected to the BI-400 Series Controller with the 220 volt option, you can start your tank at room temperature and be upto full operating temperature of 295 Degrees in 15 minutes. The specifications on it's fabrication is the same as our Small Size Tank
- Working Parameters: With the 5500 Watt heating element option, you can easily process upto 8 lbs of parts every 8-10 minutes, making this an extremely productive tank system for small to medium size parts.
